DESCRIPTION:The Chamber of Manitowoc County in partnership with Lakeland University\, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay\, Manitowoc Campus and Lakeshore College are pleased to offer ADVANCED LEADERSHIP: Educate. Empower. Elevate.  This program has been developed for the mid to senior-level managers\, nonprofit administrators\, and entrepreneurs seeking advanced leadership and communications skills to move their careers and organizations forward.  Each session will be taught by instructors from the partner colleges.\n\n\n\nCELEBRATING YOUR STRENGTHS (CliftonStrengths)\n\nPresented by:  Kristin Odell\, PHR\, University of Wisconsin - Green Bay\n\n\n\nCourse Description:\n\nJoin us for an engaging workshop built to help leaders understand and accept their natural strengths. Using "CliftonStrengths"\, individuals will be able to use a new awareness to drive progress and develop strategies to meet and exceed the demands of their personal and professional lives. As a leader\, you will discover your strengths and maximize your potential for consistent success. Participants will receive a code to complete the CliftonStrengths assessment prior to the session and will need to bring a copy of their results with them.\n\n\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n\n	Understand more deeply what your natural strengths are.\n	Take ownership of your strengths to drive a new level of self-awareness.\n	Learn to apply your strengths and natural talents to drive positive change in your personal and professional life.\n\n\n\nMeet the Instructor:\n\nKristin Odell has 20+ years of experience working in human resource leadership roles focused on employee and leadership development\, strengths coaching\, hiring and engagement\, and legal compliance. Kristin's knowledge ranges across both publicly traded Fortune 500 organizations as well as non-profits and small-cap family-owned businesses. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR)\, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach\, and a Gallup Engagement Champion. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a focus in Human Resources and Legal Studies. Kristin is a 2018 recipient of the Manitowoc County Young Professionals Future 15 award and a nominee for Young Professional of the Year.
