His company supports Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Organizations\, developing and facilitating content at no cost to them. Deron is certified in Achieve Global\, Advanced Collaborative Exercises (ACE)\, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Competency Modeling\, The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment\, Crucial Conversations\, Crucial Accountability\, and Inside Out Coaching. He is also Kirkpatrick Bronze Level Certified and has completed the Facilitating Career Development course through University of Wisconsin Madison.\n\n\n\nPreviously\, Deron worked as a Curriculum Specialist for Johnsonville\, LLC. His primary role was developing and managing curriculum and learning content that fostered the growth and development of the Johnsonville team\, as well as facilitating leadership\, culture\, and communication offerings to a global audience. Deron also acted as the administrator for Johnsonville's Learning Management System and created and managed Johnsonville's Mentorship Program as well as conducting Career Coaching. Deron also served for 20 years in the United States Navy in increasing levels of responsibility and leadership\, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer.
