DESCRIPTION:May is Beef Month! Join us\, in partnership with the Wisconsin Beef Council\, for Beef Fest on May 20 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. A day to celebrate and learn about the beef industry in Wisconsin! Beef Fest attendees will find several hands-on activities throughout the building\, including stations about beef nutrition\, cattle roping\, beef byproducts\, and sustainability. Crescent Meats will also be at the event doing a sausage-making demonstration. This demonstration will take place at 11:30 am. The Burgers & Buns Fun Run organized by the Wisconsin Beef Council will be taking place on this same day. Participants can join the race and enjoy a free burger afterwards. Guests are encouraged to pre-register for the fun run 5K.
