DESCRIPTION:The Two RIvers Optimist safety checks the kids bikes and fits helmet properly. If their helmet does not fit correctly or the child does not have one a brand new helmet is provided. The Two Rivers Police Department teaches bike safety rules and oversees a safety obstacle course. The Two Rivers Recreation Dept provides games and activities for them as well as food and beverages. A brand new bicycle is awarded to one lucky boy and girl.
