DESCRIPTION:Join Chamber members for an evening of networking at this Business After Hours event.  \n\n	As the oldest and largest mentoring network\, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) affiliates play a critical role in helping youth face the challenges of growing up in America. Our success if defined by the outcomes we achieve\, the increased number of children we impact\, and the community benefits created when children achieve lifelong success. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Manitowoc County (BBBSMC) offers effective mentoring programs that improve the lives of local youth.\n\n	\n\n	We collaborate with parents/guardians\, volunteers\, funders\, and other community partners to provide a more well - rounded approach\, focusing on the areas of educational success\, avoidance/reduction of risky behaviors\, and socioemotional competence.\n\n	\n\n	This approach is supported by a service delivery model that reflects the value on child safety\, outcomes\, research and evidence-based practice\, and diversity. The model creates processes that are supported by standards of operation implemented by every Big Brothers Big Sisters agency across the nation\, and it engages match participants in a way to achieve safe\, long\, and strong matches with the best possible youth outcomes.
