DESCRIPTION:Do you like to read? Do you like to network? \n\n\n\nThe Chamber of Manitowoc County along with the Manitowoc Public Library and Lester Public Library are pleased to announce a brand new program\; Chamber Business Book Club! The Book Club will start October 6\, 2021 and will meet the first Wednesday of every month from noon until 1:00 pm where you can discuss the book you've been reading with other participants in the program. There will be a limit of 15 participants and there is no cost. All you need is to be a Chamber member and a library card. Each month you will sign up for the book. If you don't like the next month's book\, skip that month and sign up the following month. It's a month to month commitment.\n\n\n\nBook discussions will be held in the Balkansky BC room at the Manitowoc Public Library.\n\n\n\nThe first book\, which can be picked up at either library at the beginning of September will be "Grit: The Power and Perseverance" by Angel Duckworth.
