The Chamber reserves the right to assign or reassign hole locations at any time as necessary to address safety considerations\, sponsor category conflicts\, event flow\, staffing logistics\, or other operational needs as determined by the Chamber and/or the host golf course. Requests for specific hole assignments cannot be accommodated. All top-tier event sponsors will be assigned tee-box locations. \n Volunteers will provide transportation out to your assigned hole\, the morning of the event. Please make every effort to try and fit all of your supplies and people out to your hole in one trip.\n Each sponsor is asked to limit their activity to one game or contest that lasts no longer than a few minutes. Please be sure to keep the play of golf moving. All game/activity supplies need to be supplied by the sponsor. Games or contests that involve cash prizes are prohibited.
