DESCRIPTION:"Healthy Eating on the Go"\n\n			With busy schedules and fast paced lives\, a home-cooked meal is not always as readily available as we would hope. There are ways to still eat healthy even with a busy lifestyle. This presentation will give you some tools to make healthy choices no matter what setting you are in. We will be discussing healthy choices for eating on the go. We will also discuss how to effectively read labels for maximum nutrition benefit.\n\n			 \n\n			Abbey Bubolz\, RD\, Holy Family Memorial        \n\n			Abbey is a registered dietitian with Holy Family Memorial work health options and clinical inpatient nutrition. She also shares her time with one of the local nursing homes. She is a graduate of UW-Stout and completed her dietetic internship through Iowa State University. Right out of college\, Abbey worked in Minnesota as a dietitian at a fitness center and a long term care facility. She moved back to her hometown of Manitowoc 3 years ago. In addition to having a passion for nutrition she is also the Head Girls and Boys Cross Country coach at Manitowoc Lutheran and is a marathon runner herself.
