SUMMARY:Hole Sponsorships Available at Chamber Golf Outing
DESCRIPTION:Arrival Times/Setup:\n\n	Hole Sponsors will be assigned an arrival time and we will notify you of your arrival time one week prior to the golf outing. \n	\n	Hole Sponsors are assigned their hole\, and assignments will not be made available until the day of the event at check-in. If special accommodations need to be made in regards to dietary needs\, health and/or safety\, please contact Melissa Radandt at The Chamber (920) 684-5575 or email melissa@chambermanitowoccounty.org.  \n	\n\n  At your Sponsored Hole:\n\n\n	If you will be in need of a table and/or 2 chairs at your hole\, please indicate this when registering  online.\n	It is recommended all hole sponsors bring their own "comfy" lawn chairs for the day.  \n	Games/Activities:\n	\n		Each sponsor is asked to limit their activity to one game or contest that lasts no longer than a few minutes.  Please be sure to keep the play of golf moving.  \n		All game/activity supplies need to be supplied by the sponsor. \n		Games or contests that involve cash prizes are prohibited.\n		You will be asked to bring any drawing/giveaway prize and winner name/number to the raffle station\, when you have concluded your day\, to be posted there. \n	\n	\n	If you are giving golfers gifts at your hole\, plan for 144 golfers.  \n	If you would like to offer beer or alcoholic beverages to the golfers\, please call Par 5 Resort and make arrangements to purchase from them. No carry-ins are allowed.  Water carry-ins are allowed.
