It's also an opportunity for our community to come together and make a meaningful difference. When we shop local\, dine local\, and support local businesses\, we're investing in the people\, jobs\, organizations\, and experiences that make Manitowoc County special. The Chamber is bringing together 25 local businesses and organizations to amplify that message through our 2026 Holiday Keep It Local Billboard Campaign.\n\nThis is more than a billboard. It's a community-wide show of support.\n\nBy participating\, your business becomes part of a collective and unifying effort to remind residents to think local first\, support their neighbors\, and keep their holiday spending close to home.\n\nYour organization's logo will be featured as part of a unified holiday billboard design running November 25 through Christmas on six digital billboard locations throughout Manitowoc County.\n\nWhy participate?\n\n\n Demonstrate your commitment to the local business community.\n Help amplify an important message during the holiday shopping season.\n Stand alongside fellow businesses and organizations that believe in the strength of shopping local.\n Show the community that local businesses are invested in the success of Manitowoc County.\n\n\nParticipation is $200 per business/organization\, with only 25 placements available.\n\nLet's lead by example. Let's show our community what happens when local businesses come together with one shared message.\n \n\nHoliday Billboard Campaign Guidelines\n\nHelp us celebrate the holiday season and showcase the businesses and organizations that make Manitowoc County a great place to live\, work\, and do business!\n\nParticipation is limited to 25 businesses/organizations\, with one placement available per business or organization. Please review the following guidelines before registering.\n\n\n\nRegistration & Availability\n\n\n Participation is limited to the first 25 eligible businesses/organizations to complete registration online.\n Limit one placement per business or organization\, regardless of the number of locations\, employees\, or individuals submitting registrations.\n Registration is first-come\, first-served. Inquiries\, verbal commitments\, and incomplete registrations do not reserve a spot.\n Once all 25 placements have been claimed\, registration will close. A waiting list may be maintained in the event of a cancellation.\n\n\nLogo & Artwork Requirements\n\n\n Each participating business/organization may submit one official business or organization logo.\n The billboard design will follow a standardized holiday theme and layout to ensure consistency and equitable representation for all participants.\n Personalized messages\, custom greetings\, taglines\, promotional copy\, additional graphics\, or other individualized design requests will not be accepted.\n Logos must be submitted electronically in a high-resolution format. Vector files (EPS\, SVG\, or PDF) or high-resolution PNG files are preferred.\n The Chamber reserves the right to adjust logo sizing\, formatting\, and placement to accommodate the overall billboard design.\n The Chamber will make final determinations regarding the billboard layout and design.\n\n\nDeadlines & Final Artwork\n\n\n All logos must be submitted by Friday\, November 13\, 2026 to shannon@chambermanitowoccounty.org.\n Businesses are responsible for submitting accurate\, current\, and authorized logo artwork.\n Failure to submit acceptable artwork by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the placement without a refund.\n\n\n Final Proof Review\n\n\n The Chamber will distribute a digital proof of the completed billboard design to participating businesses during the week of November 16\, 2026.\n Participants will have 48 hours from the time the proof is emailed to review their business logo for accuracy and submit any necessary corrections.\n Proof review is limited to verifying logo accuracy\, including spelling\, logo selection\, and appropriate representation. Requests for design changes\, personalized messaging\, custom colors\, layout adjustments\, or other modifications will not be accommodated.\n If a correction is needed\, it must be communicated to the Chamber within the 48-hour review period.\n If no response is received within 48 hours\, the Chamber will consider the proof approved and proceed with submitting the final design for production.\n Once the final design is submitted for production\, no further changes or corrections can be made.\n\n\nPayment & Cancellations\n\n\n Payment is due at the time of online registration to secure a placement.\n Registrations are nonrefundable once the billboard production process has begun.\n The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or modify the program due to circumstances beyond its control.\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\n Participation does not guarantee a specific billboard location\, sequence\, or positioning.\n By registering\, participants grant the Chamber permission to use their submitted logo for the holiday billboard display and related promotional purposes.\n The Chamber reserves the right to make final decisions regarding participation\, artwork\, and the administration of this program.
