Along with a  BA from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Marquette\, he has earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He is the Executive Vice President for Ansay & Associates\, managing the Northeast Wisconsin region including Manitowoc and leads of team of 40 Insurance and risk management professionals.  He also is the co-owner\, along with his wife Lucy\, of their property management company.
