DESCRIPTION:Built in the 1890s\, the Nennig Dance Pavilion is unique in its eight-sided shape.  The building stood at the corner of Highway XX and West View Road in Cleveland before it was moved to be a part of the Manitowoc County Historical Society's Pinecrest Village in 2003. Community events\, dances\, and family celebrations have taken place inside but in 2022\, structural concerns closed the building. \n\n \n\nWith key partners: A.C.E. Building Service\; Amish group\, Red Maple Sales\; and Legacy Architecture\, the building has been repaired\, and doors are open again for generations to entertain. Learn about its restoration journey and the new approach to make the building structurally strong for years to come. Refreshments and snacks will be served. Tram service will be available to assist folks from the McAllister House Welcome Center to the Nennig Dance Pavilion.
