DESCRIPTION:LET'S GET OUR EMPLOYEES MOVING!\nThis challenge is a fun way to promote a healthy life style by encouraging employees to engage in physical activity.\n\nClick here for more information\n\n\n\nCHALLENGE REQUIREMENTS \n\n\n	Participants must engage in 30 minutes of physical activity. The 30 minutes of exercise does not need to be consecutive.\n	Participating organizations must track the number of employees that participate in the challenge.\n	Participating organizations must submit a brief evaluation after completion of the event.\n\nACTIVITIES YOUR COMPANY COULD PARTICIPATE IN\n\n\n	Manitowoc and Two Rivers community walk along the lakeshore with stretching at midpoint (5:30 p.m. start at either Lighthouse Inn or the YMCA. You can be shuttled back to your start point.\n	Defiant Fitness\, Holy Family Wellness Center & YMCA will be FREE of charge for all non-members on this day\, Click Here for class schedules.\n	Instructors are available to visit your work place.  Call to set-up a time!\n	\n		 Defiant Fitness (920) 973-1977\n		Holy Family Wellness Center (920) 320-4600\n	\n	\n	Sidekick Studio will be holding a FREE Tae Bo class in the Manitowoc Yacht Club parking lot at 6:30pm (weather permitting).\n	Lakeshore Tae Kwon Do will be holding a FREE Martial Arts Fitness Class (open to all levels of experience) from 7:00 to 7:45pm at their location 823B Jay St.\, Manitowoc.\n\nWINNING CRITERIA\n\n* Total percent participation\n\n* Engagement of employees that participated\n\n* Involvement of your company to make Manitowoc County a healthier community\n\n* Participating organizations that turn their evaluations form in by the deadline will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $50 in Chamber Bucks! Two winners will be drawn.
