DESCRIPTION:LET'S GET OUR EMPLOYEES MOVING!\n\nThis challenge is a fun way to promote a healthy life style by encouraging employees to engage in physical activity.\n\nClick here to download a flyer for the event.   Click here to download a class list for the Y and HFM Wellness Center.\n\nCHALLENGE REQUIREMENTS \n\n* Participants must engage in 30 minutes of physical activity.  The 30 minutes of exercise does not need to be consecutive.\n\n* Participating organizations must track the number of employees that participate in the challenge.\n\n* Participating organizations must submit a brief questionnaire after completion of the event\n\n* Organizations will be divided into these categories:\n\n                Total % Paid Participation\n\n                1.) 50 or less employees\n\n                2.) 51-250 employees\n\n                3.) 251-499 employees\n\n                4.) 500+ employees\n\n\n\n                Total % Un-Paid Participation\n\n                1.) 50 or less employees\n\n                2.) 51-250 employees\n\n                3.) 251-499 employees\n\n                4.) 500+ employees                    \n\n*Paid participation is defined as employees who are compensated for the entire 30 minutes of exercise.\n\nACTIVITIES YOUR COMPANY COULD PARTICIPATE IN\n\n* Manitowoc and Two Rivers community walk along the lakeshore. (5:30 pm state at either Lighthouse Inn or the YMCA. You can be shuttled back to your start point.)\n\n* Holy Family Wellness Center and YMCA will be FREE of charge for non-members on this day.\n\n* Create a company kickball tournament or challenge course (walking paths outlined for employees close to the worksite so they can walk before or after work or during lunch)\n\nWINNING CRITERIA\n\n* Total percent participation\n\n* Engagement of employees that participated\n\n* Involvement of your company to make Manitowoc County a healthier community\n\n* Participating organizations that turn their evaluations form in by the deadline will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $50 in Chamber Bucks!
