This program will focus on promoting skills and attitudes of great customer service for frontline employees as well as educate them on the rich history and livelihood of Manitowoc County. \n\n    A great deal of our residents don't truly think\, love and play here. The Chamber of Manitowoc County has a number of programs geared to change that attitude. We are a great community\, we are innovators\, thinkers\, creators\, hard-workers\, but most of all kind\, caring\, and friendly. To top that all off\, we happen to be living in an area filled with many natural beauties that most people only get to see when they visit. We have a beautiful lakeshore\, a thriving downtown\, agricultural landscapes\, beaches\, parks and so much more!\n\n    We encourage you to Think about your attitude\, Love what you do\, and Play in Manitowoc County by attending this program to learn new customer service skills and update your knowledge about our County.
