DESCRIPTION:The event is called Mindful Mala (a summer solstice celebration) where traditionally those who practice yoga come together to complete 108 sun salutations.  I've chosen to take mine to the next level and make it more than a physical experience.  The Mindful Mala is not a competition and everyone works at their own pace.  It is a statement and tribute to peace as we all come together as one to create an awareness of love and compassion and give back to the community.\n\n \n\nThis year's charity is Hope House of Manitowoc County.  All money raised will be given back to Hope House to help those who are without a home.
