DESCRIPTION:LET'S GET OUR EMPLOYEES MOVING!\n\nThis challenge is a fun way to promote a healthy life style by encouraging employees to engage in physical activity.\n\n\n\nCHALLENGE REQUIREMENTS\n\n\n -Participants must engage in 30 minutes of physical activity (does not need to be consecutive) Click Here for classes offered for free!\n -Participating organizations must track the number of employees that participate in the challenge (Click Here for tracking form)\n -Participating organizations must submit a brief evaluation after completion of the event (Click Here for evaluation form)\n\n \n\n\nWINNING CRITERIA\n\n \n\nAll evaluation forms completed by participating organizations will be entered for several prizes donated by local businesses\n\n\n\nCurrent prizes (check back for more additions):\n\n (5) -1 hour massages that will be done at the Aurora \n\nMedical Office Building right next to the hospital\n\n One employer can choose between a lunch and learn presentation or an interest survey coordination and Consultation\n\n 1 Hour Massage\n\n Hour Massage\n\n 3 Month Family Membership to the Manitowoc-Two Rivers Y\n\n Corporate Wellness Teambuilding Games to Corporate Winner\n\n Teambuilding Games for Winning School onsite\n\n \n\nSponsored by:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHosted by:
