DESCRIPTION:The sheer amount of OSHA regulations are staggering\, and if you're still learning on the job\, you're probably a little overwhelmed by it all. The ever-changing regulatory nature of OSHA means you have to constantly stay updated.\n\n\n\nThis short presentation will review some of the key current regulatory changes that have or will take effect in the next several months.  We will also briefly explore the many items of compliance within the regulatory climate. \n\n\n\nPresented by: Christopher M. Hohol\, CET\, CFI \n\nA highly skilled and well seasoned administrator\, manager and responder with 30 years of experience in the areas of executive management\, project management\, emergency response services\, tactical operations\, occupational safety and DOT compliance\, consulting and teaching.  Thorough working knowledge of project management\, incident response and risk analysis\, RCRA\, TSCA\, CERCLA\, SARA\, DOT\, OSHA\, MSHA and USCG regulations.  Detailed experience in\, and managing incidents\, using all US EPA levels of protection.  A strong background in mechanical\, construction and program management.
