DESCRIPTION:Jane Birkholz will engage you in this customer service-based program that teaches great customer service skills and provides frontline employees with tools to assist Manitowoc County visitors.  \n\n \n\nThe Stars of Manitowoc County program serves the community by providing learning opportunities that combine quality-of-life awareness with customer service to enhance and promote the great spirit of Manitowoc County. The program will heighten your awareness of how to provide great customer service\, and will revisit with you those things that enrich the quality of life in Manitowoc County. You will be prepared to share the great spirit of Manitowoc County with others. \n\n \n\nSign up today to educate yourself and your employees about why Manitowoc County is a great place to live\, work and play\, and recognize how you are in charge of the customer experience.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJane Birkholz is a Training Director for Workforce Solutions at Lakeshore Technical College and is also an adjunct instructor. Her primary role is to work with business and industry to understand a company\, and then collaborate on solutions to address economic and workforce development needs. Her current role at the college as well as previous roles working directly with students\, college marketing\, research\, and fund-raising all require a high level of customer service for a diverse base of 'customers.' In a prior career\, Jane was a customer service trainer and management trainee recruiter for a major WI retailer. Her own training began as a child in her parents' business\, learning that "our customers are our bread and butter."
