In times of change it seems particularly important to protect the most vulnerable among us\, but more difficult as well.\n\n\n\nDonna Firman\, a full-time volunteer suicide prevention advocate\, will give practical advice on identifying suicide risk\, talking openly about it to reduce risk and the local resources available to help.\n\n\n\nYou'll feel empowered by this workshop to bust stigma\, take action and view mental illness for what it is just another medical condition.
