DESCRIPTION:The Wisconsin Maritime Museum invites you to journey to the coldest place on Earth in this month's Think & Drink: "Winter and Water at the South Pole." Presenting this evening is William Lindman\, Water Production & Maintenance Foreman at the Manitowoc Public Utilities Water Treatment Plant. In this presentation\, William will share his path to Antarctica\, the challenges and rewards of life at the South Pole Station\, and how his experiences ultimately led him to Manitowoc.\n\nThis installment will take place on Thursday\, December 4th\, at 6:30 PM at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum.\n\nAdmission is free and open to the public\, with refreshments available for purchase. For this event\, we're featuring a special themed drink: "South Pole Spritz"!\n\nDoors and bar open at 6:00 PM. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the limited bar. The talk and livestream will begin at 6:30 PM.
