Inducted multiple times into Duluth Superior Magazines top 40 physicians . Medical director and developing leader of a transformational non-operative spinal rehabilitation program. Knowledge in ADA\, FMLA\, and employee injury/disability policies practice in direct injury care and medical directorships leading to improvements in injury outcomes across multiple companies and industries.\n\n\n\nFounder and co-chair of the national Impairment without Disability conference\, which brought together health care\, insurance\, government\, legal\, and business thought leaders annually over 13 years to help reduce needless disability after illness or injury.\n\n\n\nServed as Division Chair of Medical Specialties \, with oversight of multiple health care system departments\, including internal medicine\, psychiatry\, obstetrics/gynecology\, rheumatology\, allergy\, hematology/oncology\, and infectious disease. Served as Chief of Neuroscience with direct oversight of departments\, which include neurosurgery\, physical medicine and rehabilitation\, neurology\, chronic and interventional pain\, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
