DESCRIPTION:Presented by: Theresa Lindstrom\, Lakeshore Technical College\n\n\n\nLearn how to generate engagement and involvement through intrinsic motivation.  Learn three principles for developing a strategy for change\, and how to lay a foundation to create long-term impact that sustains change. \n\n\n\n\n\nTheresa Lindstrom:  I joined Johnsonville in May of 2017 as a SR OD Business Partner with a focus on Sales\, Marketing\, Food Services\, and Finance.  As a Business Partner\, I work with functional leaders to identify development areas for their teams and together create a plan to close those gaps.  I am actively involved in our Readiness\, Succession\, Planning process as well as development of Leadership Programs for all levels of leaders within Johnsonville.  I coach a team of 3 members who also support the business on member development.  Culture is important at Johnsonville\; I lead the culture integration for partners that we acquire globally.  In addition\, I am a Certified Professional Coach\, under the International Coaching Federation standards. \n\n\n\nPrior to Johnsonville\, I worked for Kohler Company for 16 years in different leadership roles.  My last 5 years with the company were spent on the OD&L team with a focus on developing an Executive Integration process\, managing the coaching/mentor program\, facilitating team strategy sessions\, and facilitation of leadership development programs.  This was a great opportunity to gain knowledge and experiences in leadership development\, onboarding\, and problem solving. \n\n\n\nOutside of work I enjoy time spent with friends and family\, camping\, crafting\, hiking\, and reading a good book.
