Let's meet our guest speakers.\n\n\n\n\n\nGlen Tellock-Lakeside Foods \n\nGlen Tellock is President and CEO of Lakeside Foods\, Inc. which is headquartered in Manitowoc\, Wisconsin. Founded in 1887\, Lakeside Foods is a privately held\, industry leading international food processor. Lakeside has headquarters in Manitowoc\, WI\, as well as thirteen Plants and Distribution Centers in Wisconsin\, Minnesota and Ohio.\n\nGlen joined the Company in 2016 after a successful 24-year career with the Manitowoc Company. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Public Accountant. He previously served on the Board of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (former chair). Glen has also served on various Boards for community causes such as the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business Dean's Advisory Board\, the National Kidney Foundation of Colorado and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Manitowoc County. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Astec Industries\, Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce\, and the National Association of Manufacturers.\n\n\n\n\n\nAmy Townsend- Berkshire Hathaway Starck Real Estate\n\n\n\nAmy Townsend was born and raised in Manitowoc.  After attending UW-Green Bay and living in Green Bay for six years\, she moved to Little Rock\, Arkansas\, and met her husband Jason.  They moved back to the area in 2001 and are excited to call Manitowoc home.  One of the reasons for returning home was to join a larger family business and operate Amy?s Apparel.  \n\nAmy?s next adventure was the decision to continue her educational path and become a Real Estate Agent in Manitowoc County.\n\nWith a desire for more\, Amy continued her journey and became a licensed broker in 2018.  Soon after that\, Amy became the Managing Broker for Berkshire Hathaway Starck Real Estate.  Starck Real Estate has been assisting home buyers and sellers in the Chicago area since 1960.  The Starck family selected Amy to lead the opening of their 17th and first Wisconsin based office located in the heart of downtown located at 907 S. 8th St. \n\nIn her free time\, Townsend enjoys Manitowoc?s lakefront\, festivals and entertainment during the summer.  She also enjoys family outings and volunteering her time to the community.  She currently serves as the Board Chairperson for the Boys and Girls Club of Manitowoc County and is co-organizing Metro-Jam.  Networking through social and educational events has created a way for Amy and her husband to grow not only as business professionals\, but as members of the community as well.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTim Schneider-Investors Community Bank\n\nTim Schneider is CEO of Investors Community Bank and one of the bank's co-founders. The bank was formed in 1997 and has become one fo the most successful bank startups in Wisconsin's history\, serving businesses throughout Northeast Wisconsin and agricultural clients throughout the state. With a focus on bringing the bank to the customer\, they have branches in Appleton\, Green Bay\, Manitowoc and Stevens Point\; as well as loan productions offices in Fond du Lac\, Darlington\, Sheboygan and Eau Claire.\n\nTim has been in the banking profession for more than 25 years\, during which time he gained expertise in agricultural and commercial banking. He holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business in management and economics from the Graduate School of Banking of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.\n\nHe volunteers with many businesses\, financial and charitable organizations\, including serving as a NEW North Board member\, Wisconsin Business Development Corporation board member\, and is active with the Manitowoc/Two Rivers YMCA. He was a co-founder and past board member of Progress Lakeshore\, Manitowoc County's economic development agency\, and in 2006 he was named the Wisconsin US Small Business Administration Financial Services Champion.\n\n\n\n\n\nBrandon Bartow-Bartow Builders\n\nBrandon Bartow started his career in the home building and remodeling business 27 years ago while attending high school in Belmont\, WI\, and then while attending college at UW-Eau Claire. After working for two builders in the Manitowoc area post-college\, Brandon felt a true desire to start his own business with his wife Jacque's help. In 1999\, Bartow Builders began to operate in Manitowoc County and will be celebrating their 20 Year Anniversary this fall. Bartow Builders has grown to employ 5 office staff\, 4 foremen\, 4 carpenters\, an adult apprentice\, a youth apprentice\, and 4 seasonal carpenters.\n\nBrandon is an active member of the Manitowoc County Home Builders Association\, and was named the 2018 Builder Member of the Year.  Through the MCHBA\, Brandon is a dynamic member of the Workforce Development Task force\, and continuously promotes programs like the Youth Apprenticeship and Build It Bus Tour which allows high school students exposure to the industry.  Brandon is also a Life Director of the Wisconsin Builders Association\, and served as the President in 2014.  \n\nBrandon continuously seeks opportunities to utilize Bartow Builder's skills and resources to provide community service projects to families or organizations in need.  Outside of construction\, Brandon supports youth sports and numerous charitable organizations in our community.  Brandon is a proud member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church\, and he cherishes time with his wife Jacque and three children: Keegan\, Morgan\, and Tatum.
