Experience the Anishinaabe culture of art and dance at "Beyond Beadwork & Feathers | The Art of Native American Dance!” On Tuesday, November 28, from 6-7:30 PM, in the Balkansky Community Room, Guest Presenter/Performer, Marin (Mark) Denning will explain the dance styles and protocols of Pow-Wows, including traditional dance regalia, the meaning behind designs, and the music. This is a fun, fast moving program of Pow-Wow basics and is perfect for all ages and abilities.
