Join us at Manitowoc Public Library in the Balkansky Community Room for our first Mini Masterpieces Art Show, taking place on Tuesday, September 26 from 6:30-7:30 PM! View artwork created by our patrons and dress as your favorite artist to be part of the Costume Contest! Enjoy live music, snacks, and take pictures at our photo ops.
