Customer Relations Specialist
kdc/one Northern Labs, Inc. is a contract manufacturer  of consumer and commercial cleaning products. We are offering a challenging opportunity in our Customer Relations Department.
Responsibilities include: 
1. Perform order processing, editing and data input functions.
2. Maintain and update customer files and pricing.
3. Effectively communicate with customers, sales, distribution, and production planning to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
4. Verify the customer deductions, invoicing and credits are issued correctly.
5. Follow up with customers on any past due invoice issues.
6. Maintain PO Acknowledgments daily.
7. EDI processing daily.
8. Billing processing daily. 
9. Ability to train individuals in Order Entry.
The successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, along with excellent communication skills including phone and email etiquette. Proven customer support experience and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.  Knowledge of SAP a plus.  Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work Excel, PowerPoint).
