Business Operations (Office) Manager
Position Summary:
The Business Operations (Office) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily business administrative operations of the business. This is a pivotal role that is critical to developing efficient processes and ensuring all business operational activities are meeting strategic goals.
Location: Valders, WI (home office); minimal travel, as needed

Essential Job Functions:
- Office Operations:
- Manage and supervise office administration team
- Manage and streamline general office operations, including office supplies, equipment, travel arrangements, and more
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems to enhance workflow
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, prepare and distribute internal communications and reports
- Manage/oversee facility janitorial services including company uniform services and apparel
- Manage IT services for the company
- Financial Management:
- Manage and perform financial responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Enter and manage customer contracts in our accounting system
- Customer Service:
- Serve as a central point of contact for the company internally and externally; greet and welcome guests, answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage all customer relations after sale including scheduling, pick-ups, invoicing, customers requests and other related interactions
- Work with plant operations team to address any questions that may arise with customer trucks picking up product; ensure accurate load numbers from drivers
- Project Management:
- Assist in planning and organizing special projects and company events
- Track project deadlines and provide regular updates to CEO and other leaders, as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Five or more years of accounting experience required
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Reliable technology and analytical abilities; proficiency in office and financial software
- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to access various departments of a given location
