Position Summary
Full-time manufacturing role starting at $21.08 per hour. Eligible for $1,250 sign on bonus and immediate benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, supplemental medical, HSA, 401K with company match, and 120 hours Paid time off! Also eligible for reimbursements for gym memberships, safety shoes, safety glasses, and education. Working in an Environmentally controlled 70° work environment 365 days a year!

Schedule and Location: 
Located at 1717 Dufek Dr in Manitowoc, WI - We have openings on 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm) and 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am). Flexible overtime schedule when available


  • Operation and set-up of wire winding machines
  • Operation and set-up of the horizontal braiding machines
  • Adjustment of tooling to ensure braided product is within specifications
  • Responsible for the quality and productivity of assignment.
  • Accountable for the process, evaluation, measurement and documentation
  • Visual attention must be given to the payoffs, adhesive application, braid pattern, inking, and take ups while braiding
  • Perform all required quality checks and record all pertinent information to ensure quality standards are met
  • Responsible for material handling related to the job.
  • Responsible for reporting irregularities to the Shift Supervisor or Leader
  • Accountable for process, evaluation, measurement, documentation, and improvement on a continual basis in order to meet plant business objectives
  • Participate in High Performance Teams in order to identify, assess, decide and take action on tasks that support and improve upon safety, quality and timely production
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Leader


  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be able to accurately and consistently record all measurements with tape measures, calipers and and/or micrometers for quality audit documentation
  • Must be competent in basic math and possess analytical skills
  • Must be able to routinely lift weight up to 30 lbs
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent/GED
