Shipping Supervisor 1st Shift
Responsibilities:
vSupervise daily activities of shipping warehouse employees and proper procedures.
vResearch and reconcile inventory records and inventory discrepancies for finished good.
vOversee shipping activities of Shipping Coordinators to ensure customer shipping requirements are met.
vCommunicate with Customer Relations Specialists and Planners to address and resolve shipping related issues.
Assist Warehouse Manager in reconciling inventory discrepancies and review stocking levels of finished goods. Also maintain familiarity with small shipping systemsExperience Required: Technical Degree in related area, 3-4 years direct supervisory experience or 4 year College degree. 2 to 3 years warehouse experience. Broad familiarity with computers and peripherals. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, Supervisor training and Haz-Mat Certification required.
