Bank First announces a future new location in Reedsville

MANITOWOC, WI, May 19, 2023 – Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC), is pleased to announce it recently began renovations on a building purchased at 100 Mill Street in Reedsville. The new location will offer great visibility and access from Highway 10 and will allow the Bank to consolidate its Reedsville and Whitelaw offices into one.
 
Bank First currently provides service to the communities of Reedsville and Whitelaw on alternating days of the week. The new office will give Bank First customers a consistent and more accessible location to conduct banking transactions throughout the week. Employees from both locations will move into the new office upon completion, allowing the Bank’s customers to continue working with the same team of bankers they have come to know and trust.
 
Bank First felt the remodel of the existing structure was more sustainable than tearing the facility down to rebuild. The new facility, similar to other recently constructed and remodeled Bank First offices, will use materials that are both efficient and environmentally-friendly. The project includes an energy efficient HVAC system and LED lighting as well as the use of recycled materials in office furniture, flooring, and wall finishes. 
 
A.C.E. Building Service is assisting in the design and planning process as well as serving as the General Contractor for the project.
 
Upon completion of the renovation, which is expected to occur in October of 2023, the Bank’s Whitelaw and Reedsville offices will consolidate and operate out of the new location. All loan and deposit accounts presently maintained in Whitelaw will be automatically transferred to the new office. Customers in Reedsville and Whitelaw can anticipate additional communication regarding the consolidation of the offices, as well as information regarding their safe deposit box.
