BOOT CAMP MORNINGS

Wake up and feel the burn! An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.

CHAIR PILATES

The simplicity with a chair, but the strength you can bare. Though the basic design is simple, there are myriad exercises that can be performed on the Pilates chair. It is excellent for strengthening the core muscles, of course, and the arms and legs. Exercises are done lying, sitting, and standing on the chair, as well as from positions to the sides of the chair.
