Description
Lakeland College will be hosting a bike ride and 5K walk/run as part of its homecoming festivities on Saturday, Oct. 5. Both events are free and open to the public. Registration for each event is $20 per person. The Homecoming seven-mile and 15-mile Bike Ride will begin at 9 a.m. outside the Wehr Center. The course features a group bike ride on the country roads surrounding Lakeland?s Sheboygan County campus. Participants will receive gift. Helmets are required, but will not be available, so participants must bring their own. The Homecoming 5K Walk/Run will begin at 9:30 a.m. outside the Wehr Center. Participants will enjoy a fall run/walk through campus and the nearby community. Participants will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt. Register for both events is required.
