Description
Dan Koski, Director of Public Infrastructure from the City of Manitowoc and James McDonald, Director of Public Works/City Engineer for the City of Two Rivers will be on hand to talk about each city's respective plans for when the snow falls. They will discuss when and how the decisions are made on when, where and how to plow city streets.
