Careers on Wheels

The Chamber of Manitowoc County is pleased to introduce “Careers on Wheels” on Friday, May 17th. 

 “Careers on Wheels” will bring career awareness to elementary students providing them a way to actively view various careers in the Manitowoc County area.   Students will visit the stations and view the vehicles on a rotating basis in 10 minute intervals throughout the morning.  Each business participant will share with the students a description of the job and related jobs that use the equipment, school subjects and skills necessary for the job, a demonstration of how the equipment and or tools work, and why the job is important to the company and the community.
