"Generational Differences in the Workplace – So What?"
Presented by: Sheila Schetter, Lakeshore Technical College
Sheila’s presentation will go over the events that have shaped the different generations in our workplace and how that affects how the different generations work together. We can all learn a lot from each other, but just how do we do that? You will learn about some of the characteristics of the different generations and how you can use that to better work with the diverse workforce.
