"Understanding the QR Code:  What it is, How it Works, and How it Can Work for You"
Presented by:  Mark Sewacki, Zimmermann Printing Company

QR codes are the black and white squares made up of little tiny squares we now see on so many publications that allow you to scan from your mobile device.  According to Sewacki, “The QR code is one of the latest advertising tools that can quickly connect users to mobile content on the go.  Whether at the bus stop, waiting in line at the grocery store, or reading a magazine, users can find QR codes just about anywhere.”
 
This café will look at how these little codes can boost advertising and marketing efforts, and how to effectively implement them and the types of content a business should and should not be serving to the user.
 
Sewacki is a native of Sheboygan and has worked to help Zimmermann Printing Company grow its business for the future.  Sewacki is passionate about design and wants to ensure that even the smallest companies are exploiting new technologies and proper advertising techniques to their fullest.
