THE ICE CREAM DREAM We may all dream of eating a mouthwatering sugar cone filled with delectable flavors of ice cream or perhaps a dish of some frozen exotic creation…but how many of us have dreamt of making the cold magical treat and doing all the work behind the scenes to make the product a reality? Please join us for a wonderful learning program to hear Karen Kelley of Kelley Country Creamery and her success story of creating such a business. Her path to success and how she balanced family and business to fulfill her dream will be among the things she will share. |

Karen married into the dairy farming business over 25 years ago and over the years has developed a passion and dream for a farmstead creamery. Her Creamery was opened on May 2010 and continues to grow and entertain new customers on a daily basis. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, grandson and traveling (especially visiting new ice cream shops).
