Description
[7:22 AM] Lexi Otis Fit in the Park is a family-friendly free exercise program that provides a variety of fitness opportunities within parks and natural areas around Manitowoc County. Certified fitness instructors from the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center will teach each class. No registration required. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in for class, bring water and wear sunscreen. Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for yoga.
