Does your business have a plan? Do you need more flexible financing options? Will your business achieve the growth and profits planned? Does your business have an aligned team, efficient processes and measurable strategies? If not, what then?
Despite what you may have experienced, strategic planning doesn’t need to be difficult. It just needs to be done. The best, most profitable businesses are those that have a strategic plan defining fundamental objectives, and that evolves with market and business environment changes, and measures performance. This helps ensure that management of day to day operations is aligned with producing dependable, repeatable results.
Along with a plan to help guide growing businesses there is often a need for more flexible financing options than what is typically available from the banking industry. Regulations and policies sometimes prevent banks from providing growing businesses financing when they need it most.
The 1PSP is derived from a method pioneered by Jack Welch at GE. Ken will discuss why it is important to achieving your business goals and creating a team that is aligned and committed to the purpose of the business.
Patrick will discuss alternative finance offerings that are scalable while having direct benefits to cash flow. He’ll also discuss some basics around collateral valuation which can help you prepare you for securing the financing your business needs to achieve and sustain growth.
