Quay Street, east of 8th street will be closed off. Children's activities will be in the Manitowoc Public Library parking lot, and the balloons will be inflated in the Farmer's Market Parking lot.

Description
The Lakeshore Balloon Glow takes place on Friday, August 19, from 5-10pm in Downtown Manitowoc along the riverfront.
A children’s activity area will be set up in the Manitowoc Public Library Parking lot and will include: Bounce House, Giant Slide, Jousting, Kids Tattoos, Obstacle Course and a Rock Climbing Wall.
Hamburgers, brats, roasted corn and beverages and other concessions available for purchase.
Music will be provided by Megan Burback from 5-6pm, and The Charlie Bucket Band from 6-10pm.
The hot air balloons will be inflated and lighted at dusk.
