Lakeshore Community Health Care (LCHC) invites you to enjoy beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres, network, tour their facility and attempt several mini escape rooms. Can you beat them all? The mini escape scenarios will be a fun way to learn more about the dental, medical and mental health needs of our community and how LCHC is meeting these needs. Rooms should take between 5 – 10 minutes to complete.
We look forward to fun with all of our amazing community and Chamber members!
Lakeshore Community Health Care is a patient centered medical home. We provide primary and preventive medical, behavioral (mental) health and dental care. New patients are always welcome.
