Kindred Health and Rehabilitation Center – North Ridge announces the June 7th, 2013 grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting event for their new Reflections unit. The care model targets individuals in the early to middle stages of Alzheimer’s or related dementias. The unit is designed for individuals with cognitive impairment who require a secured, protected environment with specialized programming.
