Boelter's, Manitowoc's Busiest Jewelry Store, is under new ownership and holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. We are locally owned by Tom and Kathy Muench, located at 2101 Washington Street, Manitowoc. Come check out our newly remodeled store and meet Kathy and her staff, Ali, Crystal, Melodie, Pat, Rita, and Shannon.
