"How to Act Like a Leader," presented by Marcia Donlon of Holy Family Memorial

This presentation will focus on several basic concepts that are key to helping one be a successful leader, including communication style, emotional intelligence, trust and relationship building. The presentation will offer tips and suggestions to help leaders grow more comfortable in leadership roles.
Donlon is a native of Two Rivers, and has lived in the community for most of her life. She has been employed in various nursing and leadership positions at Holy Family Memorial for over 20 years. Donlon holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Marian College and a master’s degree in management and organizational behavior from Silver Lake College. She is a member of the Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Executives and The American Nurses Association.
