Kenlyn T. Gretz is the President & CEO of Americollect, which has been in business in Wisconsin since 1964.  Kenlyn developed the Win-Win Collection Concepts which is a sales approach to collecting with cooperative payment dialogue. Kenlyn is a Certified Collector through the American Collectors Association and current or past board member of the following organizations: Wisconsin Collectors Association, Wisconsin Clinic Credit Managers Association and the Wisconsin Chapter of American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM).  Kenlyn won the President’s award in 2004 from AAHAM of Wisconsin. In 2004 Americollect won the Small Business of the Year Award from the Manitowoc Chamber of Commerce for companies with employees from 25 – 100.   In 2008 Kenlyn and Americollect were awarded the “Small Business Solid Growth” award by “Corporate Report Magazine”. For six consecutive years, starting in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 “Inc Magazine” included Americollect in its list of “5000 Top Growing Privately Held Companies in America”.  Only a small percentage of companies make the list twice, much less in back to back years. Americollect was ranked #1 as the best collection agency to work for collection agencies in America by insideARM.com in 2013 and 2014!  In 2009 they ranked 4th, and moved up to 3rd in 2010, 7th in 2011 and 3rd in 2012. In 2011, The Chamber of Manitowoc County named Americollect Large Business of the Year. In 2012, Kenlyn’s High School inducted him into their Wall of Fame. Kenlyn is married to Lynn and has 5 daughters.  He enjoys boating, downhill skiing, golfing, traveling and smoking a cigar at the cottage. Americollect employees over 230 employees.
