This customer service-based program not only teaches great customer service skills, but gives front line employees the tools to assist visitors to Manitowoc County in any situation. Learn why Manitowoc County is a great place to live, work and play.
The Stars of Manitowoc County program serves the community by providing learning opportunities that enhance quality of life awareness to promote the great spirit of Manitowoc County. The goals of this program include teaching a positive attitude about the community we live in and sharing that spirit with others.
