Description
Come spooky. Come silly. Just come! Families will love Manitowoc Public Library’s safe, fun and FREE trick-or-treating event being held on Tuesday, October 20, from 5:30-7 PM, which showcases local businesses and organizations. Dress in costume and share in the festivities the week before Halloween. Event will be held in the Briess Parking Lot across from the Library. Please Note: In case of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled
