The Safety, Health and Wellness Committee of the Chamber of Manitowoc County is pleased to bring you Session 8 of our webinar series: Best Practices During Covid-19:



Rachel Fruin will touch base on health and safety; coping with toxic family, loss, and emotions during this holiday season; as well as new ways to celebrate this year.


Speaker: Rachel Fruin, LPC, CSAC, Clinical Therapist-AODA at Holy Family Memorial Behavioral Heath

Bio: Rachel Fruin, LPC, is a licensed clinical therapist with more than seven years of experience working in the mental health field. She joined Holy Family Memorial Behavioral Health in 2017, and provides therapy for a wide variety of conditions including drug and alcohol dependency, depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. Rachel enjoys connecting with others and helping individuals discover the positive things they have to share with the world. She earned her master of science degree in counseling, and undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.  In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading mystery novels, gardening, biking, traveling, and spending time with family.
