$15 per person for lunch (Chamber members and Sail members)
$25 per person for lunch (non-Chamber and non-Sail individuals)

Description

This presentation will explore exactly what ergonomics is and why it is an important part of a comprehensive safety & wellness initiative. We will discuss the similarities and differences between job descriptions, risk screening tools and ergonomic assessments.  What are the important issues when assessing ergonomic risk?  Does ergonomics really work?  We will explore specific ergonomic control strategies and design guidelines used in the field to minimize risk.



This event will be presented by Mary Fitzpatrick-Pelegrin and Sue Tomich of Encore Unlimited LLC.  Sue is the Ergonomics Product Coordinator and Mary is an Ergonomic Consultant at Encore Unlimited.
